If you are one of those people who sit at a desk all day, it's so important that you get up and move around every once in a while.
You can tone up that tushy from your desk! Periodically stand behind your chair and do side leg lifts and then leg lifts to the rear. Try doing 3 sets of 15 each leg. It's so simple and quick but incredibly important!
